摘  要:目的分析研究臭氧联合生物反馈在复发性阴道炎治疗中的效果及对局部微生态的影响。方法选取南安市洪濑中心卫生院妇科2021年6月至2023年6月收治的复发性阴道炎患者200例,通过随机数字表法将其分成对照组与研究组,各100例;对照组接受常规治疗,研究组则在常规治疗的前提下,接受臭氧联合生物反馈治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、症状改善时间、局部微生态情况以及疾病复发情况。结果与对照组相比较,研究组的总有效率更高(P<0.05),症状改善时间均缩短(P<0.05),菌群多样性、菌群密度均更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,研究组治疗后的阴道pH值更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组随访6个月时的复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗复发性阴道炎患者时,采用臭氧联合生物反馈的治疗手段能让治疗效果提高,不但能对患者症状、体征进行快速改善,而且能让阴道局部微生态保持平衡,让疾病复发风险降低。Objective To study the effect of ozone combined with biofeedback in the treatment of recurrent vaginitis and its influence on local microecology.Methods A total of 200 patients with recurrent vaginitis admitted to the Gynecology Department of Hongse Central Health Center of Nan’an City from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,100 cases in control group and 100 cases in study group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received ozone combined with biofeedback treatment under the premise of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect,symptom improvement time,local microecology and disease recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05),the improvement time of symptoms was shorter(P<0.05),and the diversity and density of bacteria were lower(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the study group had lower vaginal pH after treatment(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the study group had a lower recurrence rate at 6 months follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical treatment of patients with recurrent vaginitis,the use of ozone combined with biofeedback treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,not only can quickly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,but also can maintain the balance of local vaginal microecology,so that the risk of disease recurrence is reduced.
