脑动脉瘤破裂患者介入栓塞治疗临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究介入栓塞法在脑动脉瘤破裂患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年5月我院收治的脑动脉瘤的患者65例进行回顾分析,根据手术方法不同分为对照组(n=32,开颅夹闭治疗方案)、研究组(n=33,介入栓塞治疗方案)。对比临床效果、并发症发生率、手术相关指标、神经功能及预后情况。结果研究组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)比对照组低(均P<0.05)。研究组手术用时、住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组术后6个月恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入栓塞方案在脑动脉瘤破裂患者治疗中应用效果显著,与开颅夹闭治疗方案相比手术指标更好,治疗效果显著,安全性高,有助于术后恢复。Objective to investigate the application effect of interventional embolisation in the clinical treatment of patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms.Methods A total of 65 patients with cerebral aneurysms admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into the control group(n=32,craniotomy and clamping treatment plan)and the research group(n=33,interventional embolisation treatment plan)according to the different surgical methods.The clinical effect,complication rate,surgery-related indexes,neurological function and prognosis were compared.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)of the study group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Surgical time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The 6-month postoperative recovery excellence rate was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The interventional embolisation programme has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms,with better surgical indexes than the cranial clamping treatment programme,significant therapeutic effect,high safety,and contributing to postoperative recovery.
