尿常规定性检验糖尿病蛋白尿的价值

摘　　要：目的分析尿常规定性检验在糖尿病蛋白尿中的价值。方法选择我院于2023年1月至2024年1月期间诊治的40例糖尿病患者作为试验组,再同期选择40名健康人群作为对照组,均给予尿常规定性检验,对比两组尿常规阳性情况、肾功能指标阳性情况、蛋白尿检出情况、不同年龄患者蛋白尿阳性情况、不同病程患者蛋白尿阳性情况。结果试验组尿白细胞、尿隐血、白细胞酯酶、尿糖、尿酮体阳性率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮阳性率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组未出现、微量、大量蛋白尿检出率方面,较对照组更优(均P<0.05)。>60岁患者蛋白尿+++和蛋白++++概率更高,病程>10年患者蛋白尿+++和蛋白尿++++更高(均P<0.05)。结论尿常规定性检验对于糖尿病蛋白尿能够做到准确诊断,同时对于肾功能损伤的评估具有良好参考价值,能够在一定程度上为疾病诊治工作的顺利开展提供一定参考依据。Objective To analyze the value of qualitative urine routine test in diabetic proteinuria.Methods A total of 40 patients with diabetes diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the test group,and 40 healthy people were selected as the control group during the same period.The positive status of urine routine,positive status of renal function index,positive status of protein urine detection,positive status of proteinuria in patients with different ages and positive status of proteinuria in patients with different course of disease were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rates of urinary leucocyte,occult blood,leucocyte esterase,urinary sugar and urinary ketone bodies in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The positive rates of uric acid,creatinine and urea nitrogen in test groups were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The detection rate of non-occurrence,microtrace and large proteinuria in experimental group was better than that in control group(all P<0.05).The probability of proteinuria+++and proteinuria++++were higher in patients>60 years old,and those with disease course>10 years had higher proteinuria+++and proteinuria++++(all P<0.05).Conclusions Qualitative urine routine test can accurately diagnose diabetic proteinuria,and has good reference value for the assessment of renal function injury,which can provide some reference basis for the smooth development of disease diagnosis and treatment to a certain extent.
