整体护理在反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研讨整体护理在反复呼吸道感染患儿治疗中的应用价值。方法将2023年1月至2023年12月在我院呼吸内科收治的86例反复呼吸道感染患儿,以随机数字表法划分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿实施整体护理,对比两组治疗有效率、症状缓解时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿扁桃体充血、发热、鼻塞、咳嗽症状缓解时间均少于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理有利于改善患者临床治疗效果,患儿各类并发症发病率更低,患儿症状缓解时间减少。Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods A total of 86 children with recurrent respiratory infection admitted to the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing.The treatment effectiveness,symptom remission time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The remission time of tonsil congestion,fever,nasal congestion and cough in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Overall nursing is conducive to improving the clinical treatment effect of patients,the incidence of various complications is lower,and the duration of symptom remission is reduced.
