CICARE沟通模式及整体护理在宫腔镜手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨CICARE沟通模式及整体护理在宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法在2022年1月至2023年12月,收集我院进行宫腔镜手术的100例子宫内膜息肉患者。依照随机数字表法,将100例患者分成两组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取CICARE沟通模式联合整体护理。在两组中,关于术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率、术后恢复时间、焦虑评分、舒适度评分、生活质量评分、护理总满意度进行比较。结果在术后1、2、3 d,研究组疼痛分数均比对照组低(均P<0.05)。对比于对照组,术后卧床时间、阴道出血时间在研究组中均更短(均P<0.05)。护理后,研究组焦虑分数、术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,舒适度、生活质量评分以及护理总满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜手术围手术期,采取CICARE沟通模式,实施整体护理,能够减轻患者手术后疼痛感,减少手术后并发症发生,有助于加快手术后康复进程,提高舒适度,使患者心理、生活质量改善,使其对护理服务更加满意。Objective To explore the application effect of CICARE communication mode and holistic nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,100 cases of patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopy surgery in our hospital were collected.According to the random number table method,100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received CICARE communication mode combined with overall nursing care.The postoperative pain score,incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative recovery time,anxiety score,comfort score,life quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 days,2 days,and 3 days postoperatively,pain scores were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,postoperative bed rest time and vaginal bleeding time were shorter in the study group(both P<0.05).After care,anxiety scores,total incidence of postoperative complications were lower in the study group than in the control group,and comfort,quality of life scores,and total satisfaction with care were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions During the perioperative period of hysteroscopic surgery for patients with endometrial polyps,adopting CICARE communication mode and implementing holistic nursing can reduce the postoperative pain of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,help speed up the process of postoperative rehabilitation,improve comfort,improve the psychological and life quality of patients,and make them more satisfied with nursing services.
