护理风险管理在心血管内科护理工作中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在心血管内科护理工作中的作用。方法随机数字表法将厦门大学附属第一医院心血管内科2023年2月至2024年2月内收治的120例患者,分为观察组(60例,风险管理)对照组(60例,常规护理)对比不良事件、生活质量、依从性、自护能力、满意度。结果观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分均高于护理前且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性、满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理能够减少心血管内科患者不良事件的发生,提高患者生活能力、依从性与自护能力,患者更加满意。Objective To explore the role of nursing risk management in cardiovascular nursing.Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to February 2024 were divided into an observation group(60 cases,risk management)and a control group(60 cases,routine care)to compare adverse events,quality of life,compliance,self-care ability,and satisfaction.Results The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of Quality of Life Scale(SF-36)and self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)in both groups were higher than those before care,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk management can reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with cardiovascular diseases,improve patients;living ability,compliance and self-care ability,and make patients more satisfied.
