综合护理在小儿扁桃体及腺样体切除术后麻醉复苏期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在小儿扁桃体及腺样体切除术后麻醉复苏期的应用效果。方法选取本院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的扁桃体及腺样体切除术患儿56例,经随机数字表法分组,各28例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,比较两组不良反应发生率,留室时间及家长护理满意度。结果观察组不良反应发生率、留室时间、出血量、VAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可降低小儿扁桃体及腺样体切除术后麻醉复苏期不良反应的发生风险,缩短患儿在麻醉复苏室的停留时间,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in the recovery period of anesthesia after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in children.Methods A total of 56 children with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into 28 cases by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing,and the incidence of adverse reactions,length of stay and parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions,length of stay,blood loss and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can reduce the risk of adverse reactions during anesthesia recovery after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy,shorten the stay time of children in anesthesia recovery room,and improve the satisfaction of parents.
