饮食、药物与运动康复一体化护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析饮食、药物与运动康复一体化护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2024年3月我院收治的82例老年COPD患者,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用饮食、药物与运动康复一体化护理,对比两组呼吸功能、生活质量及患者满意度。结果护理后,观察组每分钟肺泡通气量(VA)、呼气峰值流量(PEF)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)水平以及患者满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生理功能、精神健康、生理职能、情感职能等生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论、药物与运动康复一体化护理对老年COPD患者具有良好的效果,不仅在改善呼吸功能方面比常规护理更具优势,在提升生活质量方面效果也更好,患者对护理的满意度也比常规护理更高。Objective To analyze the effects of integrated nursing of diet,drugs and exercise rehabilitation on respiratory function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 82 elderly COPD patients in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrated nursing with diet,drugs and exercise rehabilitation.The respiratory function,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of alveolar ventilation per minute(VA),peak expiratory flow(PEF),maximum ventilation per minute(MVV),and the patient satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After the nursing care,all the scores of quality of life such as physiological function,mental health,physiological function and emotional function were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The integrated nursing of diet,medicine and exercise rehabilitation has a good effect on the elderly COPD patients,which is not only superior to the conventional nursing in improving respiratory function,but also better in improving the quality of life,and the satisfaction of patients is also higher than the conventional nursing.
