优化急诊护理流程对急诊胸痛患者抢救的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优化急诊护理流程对急诊胸痛患者抢救的作用。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月我院收治的120例急诊胸痛患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和优化组,各60例。常规组按照常规急诊护理流程进行抢救,优化组在此基础上优化急诊护理流程,比较两组患者的抢救效果、抢救时间、住院时间和护理满意度。结果优化组患者的抢救效果、抢救时间、住院时间和护理满意度均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程对急诊胸痛患者抢救有积极的作用,能够提高抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间,提高患者和家属的满意度。Objective To explore the role of optimizing emergency nursing processes in rescuing patients with chest pain in the emergency department.Methods A total of 120 emergency chest pain patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an optimization group,with 60 cases in each group.The conventional group followed the conventional emergency nursing process for rescue,while the optimization group optimized the emergency nursing process based on this.The rescue effect,rescue time,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The rescue effect,rescue time,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction of the optimized group patients were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimizing the emergency nursing process has a positive effect on the rescue of patients with chest pain in the emergency department.It can improve the success rate of rescue,shorten rescue time,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
