摘  要:糖尿病血管病变(DA)是糖尿病的主要重症并发症之一,其患病率逐年增长甚至年轻化,已成为亟待解决的全球性健康问题。研究发现,内皮功能障碍是推动糖尿病血管病变发生与发展的重要因素,其诱因众多且发病机制尚不明确。中药化学单体和复方可通过提高一氧化氮生物利用度、抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ合成、抑制氧化应激、抑制炎症因子、调节血管生成因子和抑制血栓形成等药理作用干预糖尿病引起的血管内皮功能障碍。因此,本文基于国内外实验研究,概述中药干预糖尿病血管内皮功能障碍的作用机制及其相关信号通路。Diabetic angiopathy(DA)is a major complication of diabetes mellitus,which has become an urgent global health issue due to its increasing prevalence among the youth.It has been found that endothelial dysfunction is an important factor for the occurrence and development of diabetis angiopathy,but its causative factors vary and its pathogenesis remains unclear.Chinese herbal chemical monomers and combinations can intervene in diabetes-induced vascular endothelial dysfunction through pharmacological effects such as increasing the nitric oxide bioavailability,inhibiting angiotensin Ⅱ synthesis,suppressing oxidative stress,inhibiting inflammatory factors,regulating angiogenic factors,and inhibiting thrombosis.Therefore,based on domestic and international experimental studies,this paper outlined the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in intervening diabetic vascular endothelial dysfunction and its related signaling pathways.
