摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性非特异性肠道疾病,其主要临床表现为腹痛、腹泻和黏液脓血便,且常伴随出现营养不良和特定营养缺乏。同时,人体所需的微量营养素的缺失也可能是IBD的触发因素。本文就IBD合并微量营养素缺乏及其补充治疗进行综述,为IBD患者的营养治疗提供参考。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic non-specific intestinal disease characterized by abdominal pain,diarrhea,and mucopurulent bloody stools,often accompanied by malnutrition and specific nutritional deficiencies.Meanwhile,the lack of micronutrients required by the human body may also be a triggering factor for the onset of IBD.This article reviewed micronutrients deficiencies related to IBD and their supplementaly treatments,providing reference for nutritional treatment of IBD patients.
