摘  要:为探究隔氧/有氧紫外老化对温拌沥青纳观黏附力和分子量的影响,选择3种基质沥青和不同掺量的两种温拌剂制备了不同类型的温拌沥青,进行200 h隔氧紫外老化试验;同时,进行RTFOT、长期压力老化(PAV)试验和不同老化时间的光氧老化试验。在此基础上,对不同老化状态的温拌沥青进行原子力显微镜(AFM)试验和渗透凝胶色谱(GPC)试验。结果表明:隔氧紫外老化下,温拌SK沥青制备的纳观黏附力最大;Evotherm增强了温拌沥青纳观黏附力,而Sasobit中的蜡降低了温拌沥青的纳观黏附力。隔氧紫外老化200 h对温拌沥青的黏附力和分子量影响程度显著大于PAV老化方式的影响程度,紫外老化200 h温拌沥青的纳观黏附力小于PAV老化温拌沥青,而大粒径分子的含量显著大于PAV老化温拌沥青。隔氧与不隔氧紫外老化方式下,温拌沥青纳观黏附力和分子量变化规律相差较大,老化初期,光氧老化对温拌沥青纳观黏附力和分子量影响更为显著;光氧老化后温拌沥青的纳观黏附力和大粒径分子的决定系数为0.896,两者的相关性较好。To investigate the influence of ultraviolet aging with and without oxygen on the nano-adhesive force and molecular weight of warm mix asphalt,3 types of asphalt and 2 sorts of warm mix additive contents were selected to prepare different types of warm mix asphalt for 200-hour oxygen-isolated ultraviolet aging test.Simultaneously,the RTFOT,long-term pressure aging vessel(PAV)tests and photo-oxidation aging tests with different aging time were conducted.On the basis,the atomic force microscope test and gel permeation chromatography test were conucted for the warm mix asphalt under different aging conditions.The result indicates that the nano-adhesive force of warm mix SK asphalt is the highest by the ultraviolet aging without oxygen.The Evotherm enhances the nano-adhesion force of warm mix asphalt,while the wax in Sasobit reduces the nano-adhesion force of warm mix asphalt.The influence of ultraviolet aging without oxygen for 200 hours on the adhesive force and molecular weight of warm asphalt is significantly greater than that with PAV aging method.The nano-adhesion of ultraviolet aging warm asphalt for 200 hours was less than that of PAV-aged warm mix asphalt,while the content of large size molecules was significantly higher than that of PAV-aged warm mix asphalt.The variation rules of nano-adhesive force and molecular weight of warm mix asphalt are quite different by the ultraviolet aging with and without oxygen.At the early stage of aging,the influence of photo-oxidative aging on the nano-adhesive force and molecular weight of warm mix asphalt are more significant.The determination coefficient of nano-adhesion and large molecular weight of warm mix asphalt after photo-oxidation aging is 0.896,and the correlation between them is good.
