摘 要:乳化沥青冷再生混合料存在水稳定性和抗裂性不足的缺陷,限制了其在工程中的应用范围。为了克服这种缺陷,研究了再生剂对乳化沥青冷再生路用性能的影响。考虑到再生剂对新沥青的不利影响,采用了再生剂与废旧沥青路面材料预再生的处理方式,并研究了预再生时间的影响。结果表明:再生剂较大幅提高了乳化沥青冷再生的水稳定性和抗裂性,添加再生剂的冷再生混合料劈裂强度最大为0.87 MPa,破坏应变值最大为8.26‰,冻融前后的劈裂强度最高分别为0.71 MPa和0.57 MPa,相比于基准的冷再生混合料分别提升了10%,117%,18.46%,27.25%;虽然再生剂软化了老化沥青,但其仍然有足够的抗车辙能力;在合适的预再生时间下,乳化沥青冷再生混合料的劈裂强度、破坏应变、冻融劈裂强度比均大于直接添加再生剂的混合料;再生剂的作用机理主要是恢复了老化沥青性质,且提高了乳化沥青和水对再生沥青路面的润湿性,从而大幅改善了乳化沥青胶浆与再生沥青路面之间的界面黏结状态;再生剂大幅提升了冷再生混合料的水稳定性、抗裂性及劈裂强度,推荐预再生时间为5 d。The cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt has deficiencies of low moisture stability and cracking resistance,which limit its application scope.To overcome the deficiencies,the influence of rejuvenator on road performance of cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt was studied.Since the rejuvenator may have adverse effect on the new asphalt,the pre-regeneration treatment method with rejuvenator and waste asphalt pavement material was adopted.The influence of rejuvenating time was studied.The result indicates that the rejuvenator can significantly improve the ductility and moisture stability of the mixture.The maximum splitting strength of mixture with rejuvenator is 0.868 MPa;the maximum failure strain value is 8.26‰;and the maximum splitting strengths before and after freeze-thaw are 0.706 MPa and 0.565 MPa respectively,which are improved by 10%,117%,18.46%and 27.25%compared with the reference cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt.Meanwhile,although the rejuvenator can soften the aged asphalt,it still has enough rutting resistance.With the suitable pre-rejuvenation time,the splitting strength,failure strain and freeze-thaw splitting strength of the mixture are greater than those directly added rejuvenator.The action mechanism of rejuvenator is to restore the properties of aged asphalt,and also to improve the wetting ability of emulsified asphalt and water on reclaimed asphalt pavement.As a result,the bonding interface between reclaimed asphalt pavement and emulsified asphalt mortar is significantly improved.The rejuvenator can improve the water damage,cracking resistance and splitting strength of cold recycled mixture.The recommended optimum pre-rejuvenating time is about 5 days.
