摘  要:异步电动机是阀冷系统中主循环泵的重要部件之一,提高其故障识别水平、迅速定位故障位置对于阀冷系统具有重要意义。本文采用对称向量法,提出基于电流不平衡度的定子高阻故障在线检测方法,并分析定子星接及角接条件下用于确定故障相别及故障严重程度的指标参数;通过合理设置电压监测位置,可以进一步缩小故障排查范围。最后,通过仿真测试和案例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。Asynchronous motor is one of the important components of the main pump in the valve cooling system.Improving the level of fault identification and instantly locating the fault point are of great value for the valve cooling system.In this paper,a method of online detection of stator high resistance fault based on current unbalance degree is proposed by means of symmetric vector method.Specifically,this paper analyzes the index parameters to determine the fault phase and fault severity under the conditions of stator star connection and delta connection.Furthermore,by setting the voltage monitoring location reasonably,the fault detection range can be further reduced.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulation test and a case analysis.
