独活寄生汤联合膝关节镜治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效及对其关节活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究独活寄生汤联合膝关节镜治疗膝关节半月板损伤(KMI)的临床效果。方法选取我院骨伤科于2020年6月-2023年6月收治的78例KMI患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组行膝关节镜治疗,观察组在其基础上联合独活寄生汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、JOA半月板损伤评分、Lysholm膝关节量表、Tegner活动水平量表评分、关节活动度。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分(静态、动态)下降,JOA、Lysholm评分升高,且观察组VAS评分(静态、动态)低于对照组,JOA、Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Tegner评分高于治疗前,关节活动度大于治疗前,且观察组的Tegner评分高于对照组,关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤在KMI治疗中可发挥重要辅助作用,联合膝关节镜对患者疼痛症状、半月板修复、膝关节功能及关节活动度均具有确切改善价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with knee arthroscopy in the treatment of knee meniscus injury(KMI).Methods A total of 78 patients with KMI admitted to the Orthopedics and Traumatology department of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(39 patients)and observation group(39 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with knee arthroscopy,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS),JOA meniscus injury score,Lysholm knee scale,Tegner activity level scale score and joint activity were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 84.62%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score(static and dynamic)of the two groups decreased,and the JOA and Lysholm scores increased,the VAS score(static and dynamic)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA and Lysholm scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Tegner score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the range of motion of the joint was greater than that before treatment,and the Tegner score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the range of motion of the joint was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction can play an important auxiliary role in the treatment of KMI.Combined with knee arthroscopy,it has definite improvement value for pain symptoms,meniscus repair,knee function and joint mobility.
