精细化护理在重症胰腺炎螺旋形鼻肠管肠内营养支持中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探究精细化护理在重症胰腺炎螺旋形鼻肠管肠内营养支持中的护理效果。方法选取2020年4月-2023年4月在我院接受螺旋形鼻肠管肠内营养支持治疗的62例重症胰腺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用精细化护理,比较两组患者营养指标[血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)]、胃肠功能恢复时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果两组TP、ALB、Hb均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀消失时间、排气时间、排便恢复时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.68%,低于对照组的22.58%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预可提高重症胰腺炎螺旋形鼻肠管肠内营养支持治疗患者护理效果,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,改善营养指标水平,利于患者早期康复,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of refined nursing in enteral nutrition support of spiral nasointestinal tube in severe pancreatitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with severe pancreatitis who received spiral nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition support in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given refined nursing.The nutritional indexes[serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb)],recovery time of gastrointestinal function,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results TP,ALB and Hb in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the disappearance time of abdominal distension,the exhaust time and the recovery time of defecation in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.68%,which was lower than 22.58%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing intervention can improve the nursing effect of patients with severe pancreatitis treated with spiral nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition support,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,improve the level of nutritional indicators,and facilitate early rehabilitation of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
