摘　　要：【目的】分析基于文献计量学的烟叶油分研究进展,为生产高油分烟叶和改善烟草品质提供参考。【方法】采用文献计量学方法,对1992—2021年发表的烟叶油分研究文献发文量、关键词词频分布及高被引文献的被引频次进行统计分析。【结果】1992—2021年中文文献发文量呈先升后降趋势,英文文献发文量呈逐渐上升趋势;中文关键词主要为烤烟、外观质量和烟叶质量等,侧重研究高油分以改善烟叶质量,英文关键词主要为Essential oil、Expression和Gene等,侧重探究烟草籽油与精油的实践应用、烟草废料的资源化利用与转基因烟草;烟叶油分研究排名前10位中文高被引文献的被引频次均在60次以上,油分与烟叶质量评价指标间的相关性是当前国内的研究热点。【结论】从外观质量、物理特性、化学成分和烟气质量等方面论述油分对烟叶质量的影响,归纳品种、生态因素、栽培措施、烘烤和烟叶发酵等因素对油分的影响,从选育品种、田间栽培和采收加工等方面提出提高烟叶油分的途径,从而实现改善烟草品质,提升卷烟产品竞争力。【Objective】The research progress on tobacco oil content based on bibliometrics was analyzed,which provided a reference for producing high-oil content tobacco leaves and improving tobacco quality.【Method】The paper number,keyword frequency distribution and citation frequency of highly cited papers on tobacco oil content published from 1992 to 2021 were statistically analyzed by bibliometric methods.【Result】From 1992 to 2021,the number of Chinese literature publications showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the number of English literature publications showed a general trend of gradually increasing.The Chinese keywords mainly included tobacco,appearance quality,and tobacco leaf quality,with a focus on researching high oil content to improve tobacco leaf quality.The English keywords mainly included Essential oil,Expression,and Gene,with a focus on exploring the practical application of tobacco seed oil and essential oil,the resource utilization of tobacco waste,and genetically modified tobacco.The top 10 highly cited Chinese literature on tobacco oil content had a citation frequency of over 60 times,and the correlation between oil content and tobacco quality evaluation indicators is currently a hot research topic in China.【Conclusion】The influence of oil content on tobacco quality is discussed from the aspects of appearance quality,physical characteristics,chemical composition,and smoke quality.The effects of variety,ecological factors,cultivation measures,curing,and tobacco fermentation on oil content are summarized.The measures on improving oil content in tobacco leaves are proposed from aspects of breeding varieties,field cultivation,and harvesting and processing,thereby improving tobacco quality and strengthening the competitiveness of cigarette product.
