摘 要:空芯光纤(HCF)是非线性光学、光纤传感和激光器等领域的强大载体,它包括空芯光子带隙光纤(PBF)、光子晶体光纤(PCF)、石英毛细管光纤(COF)以及多孔光纤(MHF)等。其中,由管状包层和空气孔组成的石英毛细管光纤具有特殊的空芯结构,使其在与其他特种光纤熔接后,可制备出一系列结构简单、灵敏度高、响应速度快的级联结构传感器件。近年来,随着光纤加工技术的进步,研究人员可以自由地设计具有更高精度和光学质量的复杂光纤形状。本文利用毛细管光纤作为新型光纤集成光子器件的载体平台,综述了其在光镊领域的应用,如类贝塞尔光束的产生、传输过程和微粒的捕获、旋转、分流等光操纵过程;分析了其在应用于传感领域时,基于法布里-珀罗干涉(FPI)、反谐振(AR)、马赫-曾德尔干涉(MZI)、多模干涉(MMI)和长周期光纤光栅(LPFG)等干涉机制所制得的高灵敏度传感器件的优势;总结和展望了基于毛细管光纤的光操纵器件和光传感器件在制备和应用方面的一般规律。Hollow core fiber(HCF)is a powerful carrier in the fields of nonlinear optics,fiber sensing and lasers.It includes hollow photonic bandgap fiber(PBF),photonic crystal fiber(PCF),Silica capillary optical fiber(COF)and multi-hole fiber(MHF).Among them,the Silica capillary optical fiber,which is similar in diameter to the single-mode fiber(SMF)and consists of tubular cladding and air capillary,has a special hollow core structure.After being fused with other special optical fibers,a series of cascaded sensing devices with simple structure,high sensitivity and fast response speed can be prepared.In recent years,with the progress of optical fiber processing technology,researchers can freely design complex optical fiber shapes with higher precision and optical quality.In this paper,capillary optical fiber is used as the carrier platform of a new type of optical fiber integrated photonic device,and the gen-eration and transmission process of Bessel-like beam and the optical manipulation process such as particle capture,rotation and shunt when it is applied to optical tweezers are summarized.The advantages of high-sensitivity sensor based on interference mecha-nisms such as FPI,AR,MZI,MMI and LPFG when it is applied to the sensing field are analyzed.The general rules of preparation and application of optical manipulation devices and optical sensing devices based on capillary fiber are summarized and prospected.
