摘　　要：马锡五审判方式是人民司法的优秀代表、新中国司法工作的宝贵精神财富。群众路线是中国革命中形成的工作路线和党的生命线,马锡五坚定的群众观是马锡五审判方式形成的重要条件。群众信任政府、司法工作习惯、区乡政府职责、案多人少是司法处依托区乡政府调查案件的主要原因。司法处批转并授权区乡政府处理案件、依托区乡政府调查案件、鼓励群众提供案情是基层审判机关践行群众路线的重要方式。The Ma Xi-wu Trial Mode is an excellent representative of people's justice and an important spiritual wealth of judicial work in New China.The mass line is the working line formed in the Chinese revolution and the lifeline of the Party.Ma Xi-wu's firm mass view is an important condition for the formation of Maxi-wu trial mode.It is an important condition for the emergence of Ma Xi-wu Trial Mode.The administrative leading system,judicial work habits,district and township government responsibilities,and a large number of cases with limited staff are the main reasons for the county justice department to investigate cases.The justice department approves and authorizes the district and township government to handle cases,relies on the district and township government to investigate cases,and encourages the masses to provide information about the case.These are important ways for grassroots trial organs to practice the mass line.
