摘 要:针对高校青年科技创新的影响因素,有关研究多聚焦于科技创新产出的评价和奖励机制,往往忽略科研环境的作用。为此,通过对上海9所高校171位35岁以下青年教师的问卷调查,采用描述统计、线性回归分析方法,探讨科研环境对高校青年教师科技创新的影响;同时,探索科研环境对不同职称、高校和不同学科的青年教师影响的异质性。结果发现:高校青年教师对青年人才发展宏观创新支持政策的了解不足,最关注资金支持和子女教育相关政策;政策环境、团队支持和福利保障均显著正向影响青年教师科技创新能力,团队支持的影响最为显著;政策环境对中级职称、来自“双一流”建设高校以及理工科青年教师的科技创新能力有显著的正向影响。鉴于此,应从深度优化微观工作环境、加大相关政策宣传力度、改善青年人才生活环境等方面入手,以增强青年教师生活满意度和创新活力,促进高校青年教师科技创新。Existing research on the factors influencing scientific and technological innovation among university faculty members often focuses on the evaluation of innovative outputs and reward mechanisms,frequently overlooking the role of the research environment.This study,through a questionnaire survey of 171 young university faculty members under the age of 35 across nine universities in Shanghai,employs descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis to explore the impact of the research environment on scientific and technological innovation.It further examines the heterogeneity of this impact across different academic ranks,universities,and disciplines.It is found that young faculty members are insufficiently aware of macro-level innovation support policies for young talents,their primary concerns revolve around funding support and policies related to children's education.The policy environment,team support,and welfare protection all significantly and positively affect the innovation capabilities of young faculty members,with team support being the most significant factor.The policy environment has a significant positive impact on the technological innovation capabilities of assistant professors,young teachers from"double world-class project"universities,and in science and engineering disciplines.In light of these findings,it is recommended to optimize the micro work environment deeply,intensify policy dissemination,and improve the living conditions for young talents.These measures are aimed at enhancing the satisfaction and innovative vitality of young faculty members,thereby promoting technological innovation among university faculty members.
