摘 要:由聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯等产生的直径小于5 mm的微塑料(microplastics,MPs)是当前水环境中的新型污染物.两栖动物因其独特的生活史和生理特征,常被作为水体污染生物监测的指示物种,同时也是脊椎动物中灭绝风险最高的类群.文章概述了两栖动物对微塑料的摄食、排泄行为和微塑料的生态毒理效应,讨论了微塑料对两栖动物肠道结构与功能的影响,以及微塑料和环境中共存的有害污染物引发的复合污染,并对未来两栖动物的微塑料生态毒理研究进行了展望.Microplastics(MPs),with a diameter smaller than 5 mm,derived from materials such as polyethylene,polystyrene,and polypropylene,have emerged as novel contaminants in the current aquatic environment.Amphibians are frequently employed as indicator species for biological monitoring of water pollution due to their distinctive life history and physiological characteristics.Moreover,they represent the vertebrate group at highest risk of extinction.This paper provides an overview of the ingestion and excretion of microplastics by amphibians and the ecotoxicological effects of MPs,discusses the impacts on the intestinal structure and function of amphibians,as well as the combined pollution caused by MPs and coexisting harmful pollutants in the environment.Furthermore,it provides an outlook on future ecotoxicological investigations concerning MPs in amphibians.
