未来产业创新生态培育及其知识产权保护策略探究

摘　　要：相对于现有产业,未来产业是尚处于成长孕育期或者产业化初期的新兴产业。未来产业具有战略前瞻性、动态性、高科技引领性和不确定性等特征。未来产业在我国经济社会发展中具有重要地位和作用。发展我国未来产业,需要培育未来产业创新生态。未来产业创新生态培育,涉及创新组织与资源配置、成果转化与创新效率、风险预防与反馈机制、知识共享与信息流动以及创新文化与理念协同等内容。基于保护知识产权就是保护创新的基本理念以及知识产权保护在促进未来产业生态系统形成中的重要作用,我国需要重视利用知识产权保护策略培育未来产业创新生态,实现知识产权保护与创新驱动和产业发展之间的良性互动。这些策略尤其体现为:知识产权全过程保护策略、知识产权风险防范策略、知识产权保护与标准化相结合策略、知识产权文化渗透策略等。Compared to the existing industries,future industries are emerging industries that are still in the growth stage or early stages of industrialization.Future industry is characterized by strategic foresight,dynamism,high-tech leadership,and uncertainty.Future industries play an important role and position in China’s economic and social development.To develop China’s future industries,it is necessary to cultivate an innovative ecology for future industries.The cultivation of future industrial innovation ecology involves innovative organization and resource allocation,achievement transformation and innovation efficiency,risk prevention and feedback mechanism,knowledge sharing and information flow,as well as innovation culture and concept synergy.Based on the basic concept that protecting intellectual property is protecting innovation and the important role of intellectual property protection in promoting the formation of future industrial ecosystems,China needs to attach importance to using intellectual property protection strategies to cultivate future industrial innovation ecology,and achieve a positive interaction between intellectual property protection,innovation drive,and industrial development.These strategies are particularly reflected in the following:strategies for protecting intellectual property throughout the entire process,those for preventing intellectual property risks,those for combining intellectual property protection with standardization,and those for cultural infiltration of intellectual property.
