摘  要:针对双碳背景下的综合能源系统优化运行问题,在充分考虑综合能源系统的低碳效应和成本效应后,提出了一种奖惩阶梯碳交易的综合能源系统优化运行模型。首先,提出了一个包含冷热电的综合能源系统并构建了综合能源系统设备的数学模型;其次,利用全生命周期法对系统的碳排放特性进行分析,提出分布决策法进行初始碳排放额分配,构建了奖惩阶梯碳交易模型;最后,将综合能源系统的总成本最低作为优化目标,利用梯度粒子群-细菌觅食优化算法对目标函数进行求解。仿真结果表明:优化模型可以有效减少CO_(2)的排放,减少弃风弃光现象,具有良好的经济性。Aiming at the optimizing operation of integrated energy system under the background of double carbon,the paper proposed an optimal operation model considering the reward and punishment ladder carbon trading after fully consider the integrated energy system's low carbon and cost influence.Firstly,there is an integrated energy system is proposed.It has electrical load,thermal load,and cooling load.This paper builds mathematical models for the equipment in the system.Secondly,this paper uses the whole life cycle method to analyze the carbon emissions of the system,then,it uses distributed decision method to allocate the initial carbon emissions,and a reward and punishment ladder carbon trading model is constructed.Finally,this paper takes the lowest total cost of the integrated energy system as the optimization objective,and it uses the gradient particle swarm optimization-bacterial foraging algorithm to solve the objective function.The simulation results show that the optimization model can effectively decrease carbon dioxide emissions and the phenomenon of wind and light waste,and it has economic and low-carbon significance.
