基于遗传-粒子群算法的风力发电机组变桨距控制方法研究

摘  要:变桨距控制对机组的发电效率和稳定性具有重要影响。受风速随机性等多种因素影响,在变桨距控制过程中容易产生发电机组振动,无法保证风力发电机组的运行稳定性。因此,研究基于遗传-粒子群算法的风力发电机组变桨距控制方法。以动力学方程构建风力发电机组变桨距控制数学模型,描述机组风能转换效率与机组振动之间的关系;根据机组动态变化关系,提取变桨距控制的关键要素,基于遗传-粒子群算法设定变桨距控制目标;参照风力发电机组变桨距控制目标,设定对应目标函数,求解实现风力发电机组变桨距控制。实验结果表明:在稳定风况和突变风况下,所研究方法可以实现风力发电机组的变桨距控制,达到最佳的功率输出,且控制过程中未出现机组振动限值。Variable pitch control has a significant impact on the power generation efficiency and stability of units.Due to various factors such as wind speed randomness,generator vibration is prone to occur during the variable pitch control process,which cannot guarantee the operational stability of wind turbines.Therefore,a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm based on variable pitch control method for wind turbines is studied.A mathematical model is constructed for variable pitch control of wind turbines using dynamic equations to describe the relationship between wind energy conversion efficiency and unit vibration.Based on the dynamic changes of the unit,the key elements of variable pitch control are extracted,and the variable pitch control objective is set based on the genetic particle swarm algorithm.Referring to the goal of variable pitch control for wind turbines,the corresponding objective function is set to accomplishthe solutionof variable pitch control for wind turbines.The experimental results show that under stable and sudden wind conditions,the proposed method can achieve variable pitch control of wind turbines,achieve optimal power output,and there are no vibration limits during the control process.
