基于改进猎人猎物算法的穴播机车间布局优化

摘  要:合理的车间布局,可以有效提高设备之间的工艺效率,减少物料的搬运费用。以H公司穴播机生产车间为研究对象,通过调研,并结合JACK软件分析现有车间布局存在的问题,构建车间布局优化数学模型。针对猎人猎物优化算法(hunt-prey optimizer,HPO)种群多样性较差和收敛速度较慢的缺点,提出采用Cubic映射、强制切换机制和透镜成像反向学习策略进行改进。运用改进的猎人猎物优化算法(improved hunt-prey optimizer,IHPO)对模型求解,并与传统算法进行对比。结果显示:IHPO、HPO、遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)、粒子群优化算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO)、灰狼优化算法(grey wolf optimizer,GWO)的最优解分别为-0.3430、-0.3230、-0.3422、-0.3346、-0.3422,标准差分别为0.0352、9.1836、3.7482、8.9193、5.6355,表明在对车间布局模型求解时,所提算法较其他算法具有更好的寻优能力和稳定性。对优化后的布局运用JACK进行仿真验证,结果消除了工人下背部的受伤风险等相关不安全因素。研究所得最优布局方式有效改善了穴播机生产车间的现状。A reasonable workshop layout can effectively improve the process efficiency between equipment and reduce material handling costs.The injection molding machine production workshop of Company H was taken as the research object,and existing problems in the current workshop layout were identified through surveys and analysis with JACK software.A mathematical model for workshop layout optimization was constructed.To address the drawbacks of poor population diversity and slow convergence speed in the hunt-prey optimizer(HPO)algorithm,improvements were proposed,including the use of Cubic mapping,a forced switching mechanism,and a lens imaging reverse learning strategy.The improved hunt-prey optimizer(IHPO)was applied to solve the model,and compared with traditional algorithms.The results show that the optimal solutions for IHPO,HPO,genetic algorithm(GA),particle swarm optimization(PSO),grey wolf optimizer(GWO)are-0.3430,-0.3230,-0.3422,-0.3346,and-0.3422 respectively,with standard deviations of 0.0352,9.1836,3.7482,8.9193,and 5.6355,indicating that the proposed algorithm has better optimization ability and stability than other algorithms when solving the workshop layout model.The optimized layout was validated through simulation using JACK,eliminating safety factors such as the risk of lower back injury for workers.The research findings effectively improve the current situation of the injection molding machine production workshop.
