不同育苗方式对甜槠幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：2023年12月开展大田播种(T_(1)处理)、芽苗切根大田移植(T_(2)处理)、轻基质容器播种(T_(3)处理)、芽苗切根轻基质容器移植(T_(4)处理)甜槠幼苗生长量、根系、鲜重和成苗率测定,结果表明:4种处理甜槠幼苗的苗高、地径、主根长、一级侧根、地上鲜重、地下鲜重、总鲜重、根冠比和成苗率之间差异均显著(P<0.05),高径比之间差异不显著(P>0.05);T_(3)处理、T_(4)处理甜槠幼苗的苗高、地径、地上鲜重、地下鲜重和总鲜重均值均大于总均值。综合对比分析:T_(3)处理、T_(4)处理培育的甜槠幼苗生长较好。In December 2023,field seeding(T_(1) treatment),root cutting and root transplanting(T_(2)treatment),light substrate container seeding(T_(3)treatment),root cutting and root transplanting(T_(4)treatment)of Castanopsis eyrei Champ.ex Benth.Tutch seedlings were tested for growth,root,fresh weight and seedling formation rate.The re-sults indicate that the differences in seedling height,ground diameter,main root length,primary lateral root,aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,total fresh weight,root crown ratio,and survival rate among the four treatments of Castanopsis eyrei Champ.ex Benth.Tutch seedlings were significant(P<0.05).The differ-ence in height to diameter ratio was not significant(P>0.05);The average seedling height,ground diameter,aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,and total fresh weight of Castanopsis eyrei Champ.ex Benth.Tutch seedlings treated with T_(3)and T_(4)were all higher than the total average.Comprehensive comparative analy-sis shows that seedlings of Castanopsis eyrei Champ.ex Benth.Tutch cultivated with T_(3)and T_(4)treatments grew better.
