摘 要:采用文献综述法、比较分析法、分类归纳法对国内低效工业用地的研究现状进行梳理,并对未来研究做出展望。现有研究主要从低效工业用地的概念内涵、评价研究、成因分析和再开发利用4个方面展开论述:一是低效工业用地的概念内涵尚未统一;二是评价指标缺乏对生态环境指标的考量;三是政府、市场与企业在工业用地全过程管理中所扮演的角色不够清晰;四是缺乏一套切实可行的再开发利用有效机制。研究结果可为低效工业用地的创新研究提供参考。Literature review method,comparative analysis method,classification and induction method is used;Existing research mainly discusses the concept connotation,evaluation research,cause analysis,and redevelopment and utilization of low efficiency industrial land.Firstly,the concept and connotation of inefficient industrial land have not been unified.Secondly,the evaluation indicators lack consideration of ecological environment indicators.Thirdly,the roles played by the government,market,and enterprises in the entire process of industrial land management are not clear enough.Fourthly,there is a lack of a practical and feasible mechanism for redevelopment and utilization.The results can provide a reference for the innovation research of low efficiency industrial land.
