沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合米力农治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合米力农治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取西安市高陵区医院于2021年10月—2023年10月收治的80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组行米力农治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果、患者炎性指标、心肌损伤指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心肌肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌红蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合米力农治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,可降低炎性指标及心肌损伤指标水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with milrinone in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly.Methods:Eighty cases of elderly chronic heart failure patients admitted to the Xi'an Gaoling District Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of which consisted of forty cases.The control group was treated with milrinone,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the two groups'treatment effect,patients'inflammatory indexes,myocardial injury indexes.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of cardiac troponin,creatine kinase isoenzyme,and myoglobin were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with milrinone in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly is significant,which can reduce the level of inflammatory indexes and myocardial damage indexes.
