子宫肌瘤患者应用丹鳖胶囊联合米非司酮保守治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹鳖胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2023年11月宝鸡市岐山县医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者104例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹鳖胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、病灶体积、子宫体积、激素水平、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.022);治疗后,两组病灶体积、子宫体积缩小,观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组黄体生成素、血清性激素雌二醇、孕酮、促卵泡激素水平下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合丹鳖胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果确切,可缩小病灶及子宫体积,调节激素水平,且安全性良好。Objective:To observe the effect of Danbei capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of one hundred and four patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Baoji Qishan County Hospital from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with fifty-two cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with Danbei capsule based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,lesion volume,uterine volume,hormone level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.022);after treatment,the lesion volume and uterine volume decreased in both groups,and the observation group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,serum sex hormones estradiol,progesterone and follicle-stimulating hormone in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with Danbei capsule has a definite effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can reduce the lesion and uterine volume,regulate hormone levels,and has good safety.
