膳食营养干预联合推拿治疗儿童厌食的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析膳食营养干预联合推拿治疗儿童厌食的效果。方法:选取2023年2—12月韩城市妇幼保健院收治的82例厌食患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(膳食营养干预)与观察组(膳食营养联合推拿干预),各41例。对比两组胃肠动力水平、依从性、免疫功能。结果:干预后,两组血锌、血红蛋白、D-木糖排泄率水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组不抗拒进食、不挑食、按要求进食、自主进食评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)/CD4^(+)水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合膳食营养干预治疗儿童厌食的效果显著,可改善患儿胃肠动力,提高依从性,增强免疫力。Objective:To analyze the effect of dietary nutrition intervention combined with massage on children's anorexia.Methods:A total of eighty-two children with anorexia admitted to Hancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(dietary nutrition intervention)and observation group(dietary nutrition combined massage intervention)according to random number table method,with forty-one cases in each group.Gastrointestinal motility,compliance and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of blood zinc,hemoglobin and D-xylose excretion in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of non-resistance eating,non-picky eating,ondemand eating and self-eating in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)/CD4^(+)in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with dietary nutrition intervention in the treatment of children anorexia effect is significant,can improve children's gastrointestinal motility,improve compliance,enhance immunity.
