藿黄浸剂湿敷联合艾灸治疗儿童多发性跖疣的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究藿黄浸剂湿敷联合艾灸治疗儿童多发性跖疣的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年3月于徐州市中医院门诊就诊的多发性跖疣患儿74例为研究对象,随机分为联合组(n=37)和艾灸组(n=37)。两组均接受常规治疗,艾灸组在常规治疗基础上应用艾灸,联合组在艾灸组基础上行藿黄浸剂湿敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状积分、血清免疫因子[干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)]水平。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于艾灸组(P=0.047);治疗后,两组皮损、疼痛、疣体综合状态评分降低,联合组低于艾灸组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4水平升高,联合组高于艾灸组(P<0.05)。结论:藿黄浸剂湿敷与艾灸疗法联合治疗儿童多发性跖疣的效果较好,可改善患儿症状及炎性反应,增强细胞免疫功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fulmedium infusion wet compress combined with moxibustion on children with multiple plantar warts.Methods:A total of seventy-four children with multiple plantar verruca treated in the outpatient depart⁃ment of Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into the com⁃bined group(n=37)and moxibustion group(n=37).Both groups received conventional treatment.Moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of conventional treatment,and combined group was treated with fulmedium extract wet compress on the basis of moxibustion group.The therapeutic effect,symptom score and serum immune factor[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleu⁃kin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of moxibustion group(P=0.047);after treatment,the comprehensive scores of skin lesions,pain,and warts in both groups decreased,with the combined group lower than the moxibustion group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum lev⁃els of IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-4 in two groups were increased,and those in combined group were higher than those in moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of fulmedium and moxibustion in the treatment of children with multiple plantar warts has a good effect,which can improve the symptoms and inflammatory response,and enhance the cellular immune function.
