摘  要:目的:分析人性化服务联合智能宣教对胃肠镜检查人群的体验感和负性情绪的影响。方法:选择2023年7月—2024年7月于广东省人民医院行胃肠镜检查的体检者(n=202)为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,各101例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予人性化服务联合智能宣教。对比两组体验感、体检满意度、焦虑和抑郁程度。结果:观察组预约挂号服务、体检诊疗服务、护理宣教服务评分高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组体检总满意度高于对照组(P=0.016);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化服务联合智能宣教可提高胃肠镜检查人群的体验感和满意度,减少其负性情绪。Objective:To analyze the effects of humanized service combined with intelligent education on the experience and negative emotions of gastroenteroscopy patients.Methods:Participants who underwent gastroenteroscopy in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024(n=202)were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with one hundred and one cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given humanized service combined with intelligent education.The experience,physical examination satisfaction,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of appointment registration service,physical examination diagnosis and treatment service and nursing education service in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001),and the total satisfaction of physical examination in observation group was higher than that in control group(P=0.016);after intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized service combined with intelligent education can improve the experience and satisfaction of gastroenteroscopy patients and reduce their negative emotions.
