侨汇与发展中国家收款国的经济发展:影响效应、影响机制和影响因素

摘　　要：侨汇是当今发展中国家最重要的外部资金之一,对其经济发展产生重要影响。侨汇在发展中国家的收入分配和贫困减少、资源配置和经济结构的优化、金融普惠性和金融发展、人力资本和教育发展以及环境可持续性和社会责任方面产生多重效应;侨汇对发展中国家经济发展的影响机制主要体现于消费效应、投资效应、资本流动效应和技术转移效应;侨汇对发展中国家经济发展的影响效应受制度环境、金融体系和社会文化等多种因素影响。基于结论提出加强金融服务的普及和优化、营造和实施有利于侨汇的制度环境和政策措施、发挥社会文化因素的积极作用以及加强国际合作等政策建议。Remittances are one of the most crucial external funds for developing countries,significantly influencing their economic development.Remittances affect income distribution and poverty reduction,resource allocation and economic structure optimization,financial inclusion and development,human capital and educational progress,as well as environmental sustainability and social responsibility.The impact mechanisms of remittances on economic development in developing countries mainly include consumption effects,investment effects,capital flow effects,and technology transfer effects.The effectiveness of remittances is influenced by various factors such as institutional environment,financial systems,and socio-cultural elements.Based on these conclusions,policy recommendations are provided,such as enhancing financial service accessibility and optimization,creating favorable institutional environments and policies for remittances,leveraging the positive role of socio-cultural factors,and strengthening international cooperation.
