摘 要:为研究富硒速食米对D半乳糖诱导的衰老模型小鼠肝脏抗氧化能力的影响,将小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、衰老模型组、阳性对照组、普通速食米组、富硒速食米低剂量组、富硒速食米中剂量组以及富硒速食米高剂量组,造模及灌胃给药后检测各组小鼠血清及肝脏组织中的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察肝组织病理学变化形态。结果显示:富硒速食米中剂量组对小鼠体重影响最显著(P≤0.05),且中剂量的富硒速食米对衰老小鼠肝脏和血清中抗氧化酶活力的提升最为显著(P≤0.05),对因衰老引起的肝功能异常的保护效果最好。该试验说明适量补充硒元素能够提高衰老小鼠体内抗氧化酶活力,减少肝细胞损伤,并有效减缓衰老的自然进程。In order to investigate the impact of selenium-enriched instant rice on antioxidant capacity in D-galactose-induced aging mice,the mice were randomly assigned to seven groups:negative control,aging model,positive control,regular instant rice,low-dose selenium-enriched instant rice,medium-dose selenium-enriched instant rice,and high-dose selenium-enriched instant rice.Following modeling and oral administration,measurements were taken for total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in both serum and liver tissue of each mouse.Additionally,pathological changes in liver tissue were observed.The results demonstrated that medium-dose selenium-enriched instant rice exhibited a significant effect on mouse weight(P<0.05),Furthermore,medium-dose selenium-enriched instant rice showed notable improvement in antioxidant enzyme activity within both liver tissue and serum of aging mice(P<0.05),providing enhanced protection against age-related liver dysfunction.These findings suggest that moderate supplementation of selenium can enhance antioxidant enzyme activity in aging mice while reducing liver cell damage effectively and slowing down the natural process of aging.
