摘 要:LW23ZK01钻孔是中国地质调查局廊坊中心在山东莱芜富铁矿区实施的首个千米以深钻孔。该孔旨在通过钻探、测井等工作调查评价山东莱芜富铁矿区异常和靶区,检查验证地质、地球物理、地球化学深部解释推断认识,获取深部地质参数。该孔钻遇地层上部为第四系残坡积物和古近系厚层状砂岩、泥岩,下部为奥陶系石灰岩和燕山晚期蚀变闪长岩体。针对该区复杂地层钻进难、护壁及堵漏难等问题,通过实施地质调查深孔岩心钻探工程,同步开展钻探技术及方法应用研究,成功应用H系列金刚石绳索取心钻探技术,钻进深度达到1009.77 m。本文详细介绍了LW23ZK01孔的工程概况、钻孔施工技术及施工中遇到的问题,并提出了针对性解决方法,圆满完成了各项钻探任务,可为新一轮找矿突破战略行动复杂地层深孔岩心钻探工作提供经验及借鉴。The drillhole LW23ZK01 is the first deep drillhole with a drilling depth up to 1000 m implemented by the Langfang Center of the China Geological Survey in the Laiwu iron-rich area of Shandong Province.The purpose of this drillhole is to investigate and evaluate anomalies and target areas in this area through drilling and logging,to verify deep geological,geophysical,and geochemical deep interpretation and inference,and to obtain deep geological parameters.The drilling encountered the Quaternary residual slope deposits and thick layered sandstone and mudstone of the Paleogene in the upper part,and the Ordovician limestone and Late Yanshanian altered diorite rock at the bottom.In response to the difficulties in drilling,wall protection,and leak plugging in the complex formation of the area,deep hole core drilling engineering of geological survey was carried out,and drilling technology and method application research were carried out simultaneously.The H-series diamond rope coring technology was successfully applied,and the drilling depth reached 1009.77 meters.This article provides a detailed introduction to the engineering overview,drilling construction technology,and problems encountered during the construction of hole LW23ZK01.Targeted solutions are proposed,and various drilling tasks have been successfully completed.This study can provide experience and reference for the new round of mineral exploration breakthrough strategic action of deep hole core drilling in complex formations.
