摘　　要：社会责任是公立医院发挥社会效益和体现公益性的关键要素。通过借鉴企业社会责任相关理论,探讨公立医院社会责任基本内涵和评价模式及模型,提出了涵盖医院职工合法权益、预防保健与医疗服务价值创造、医疗健康供应链价值共创、自然生态环境保护价值创造、医院责任理念和参与意愿及政府制度要求与社会监督6大维度的公立医院社会责任评价“钻石模型”。该模型的构建有助于建立和完善医院社会责任评价模型,推动医院积极履行社会责任,以提升其核心竞争力和可持续发展能力。Social responsibility is a key element for public hospitals in delivering social benefits and fulfilling their public welfare role.Drawing on theories related to corporate social responsibility,this study explores the fundamental concepts,evaluation models,and frameworks for public hospital social responsibility.It proposes a"diamond model"for evaluating social responsibility in public hospitals,encompassing six dimensions:protection of employee rights,creation of value in preventive and healthcare services,co-creation of value within the healthcare supply chain,environmental protection,commitment to social responsibility and community engagement,and adherence to government regulations and public oversight.The construction of this model helps to establish and improve the evaluation framework for social responsibility in hospitals,encouraging hospitals to actively fulfill their social responsibilities to enhance core competitiveness and sustainability.
