摘　　要：医院文化建设是公立医院高质量发展战略的重要组成部分。通过介绍某大型公立医院开展文化建设的实践经验,从党建引领顶层设计、建设以创新为内核的文化体系、拓展文化传播渠道、医院文化与科室文化相统一、持续提炼特色文化元素5个方面提出加强医院文化建设的策略和建议,为公立医院基于实践开展文化建设提供参考。Hospital cultural construction is an essential part of the high-quality development strategy for public hospitals.This paper introduces the practical experiences of a large public hospital in its cultural construction efforts.It proposes strategies and suggestions to strengthen hospital culture construction from five aspects:Party leadership for top-level design,building a culture system centered on innovation,expanding cultural communication channels,unifying hospital and departmental cultures,and continuously refining unique cultural elements.These insights aim to provide references for public hospitals to conduct cultural construction based on practical experience.
