摘　　要：认知衰弱影响社区老年人的身体功能,与疾病的发生发展、不良结局密切相关。本文通过综述国内外社区老年人认知衰弱的概念、筛查工具、现状及意义,分析使用不同的认知衰弱筛查方式及工具所带来的差异,以期提高国内社区老年人认知衰弱的筛查率,为制定精准的干预措施提供更科学的依据。Cognitive decline affects the physical function of the elderly in communities and is closely related to the occurrence,development,and adverse outcomes.By reviewing the concept,screening tools,current status,and significance of cognitive decline in the elderly in communities at home and abroad,in this article,we compared and analyzed the differences resulting from screening methods and tools for cognitive decline in order to improve the screening rate of cognitive decline in the elderly in communities in China and provide a more scientific basis for the development of accurate intervention measures.
