摘　　要：习近平文化思想是对新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设规律的科学总结和高度凝练,为我国文化事业建设提供了科学行动指南与强大思想武器。公共文化服务是文化事业建设的重要组成部分,具有基本型、保底型的现实地位,与人民群众在精神文化生活上日益增长的美好生活需要息息相关。因此,不断提升公共文化服务供给质量与效益,是党坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,持续将新时代中国特色社会主义事业建设成果转变为人民群众切身福祉的重要体现。近年来,数字技术的冲击使社会诸多领域正在发生剧变,在此背景下,数字化转型作为我国公共文化服务创新发展的全新模式应运而生。习近平文化思想与公共文化服务数字化转型之间存在密切的内在联系,习近平文化思想为健全我国公共文化服务数字化转型的理论知识体系提供了全新切入点,同时也为引导、优化实践发展指明了具体的细节要求,兼具理论与实践的双重意义。坚持习近平文化思想的指导,一方面对我国公共文化服务数字化转型提出了政治引领性、人民性、实践科学性、中华文化主体性的价值要求,另一方面从坚持党的全面政治领导、以人民为中心加强数字化供给、立足中华优秀传统文化进行数字化创新、以数字技术为支撑建构社会参与机制等维度为公共文化服务数字化转型指明了实践路径。As a significant theoretical innovation within the Party’s guiding ideology,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a scientific summary and high-level condensation of the laws governing cultural construction in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It provides a scientific action guide and a powerful ideological weapon for the cultural development of our country.Public cultural services are an essential component of cultural construction,holding a foundational and supportive role in meeting the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.Therefore,continually enhancing the quality and effectiveness of public cultural service provision reflects the Party’s commitment to serving the people and the transformation of the achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics into tangible benefits for the populace.In recent years,the impact of digital technology has led to significant changes in many sectors of society.Against this backdrop,digital transformation has emerged as a new model for the innovative development of public cultural services in China.There exists a close internal connection between Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the digital transformation of public cultural services.This thought provides a new entry point for improving the theoretical knowledge system of public cultural service digital transformation and specifies detailed requirements for guiding and optimizing practical development,embodying both theoretical and practical significance.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,the digital transformation of public cultural services is informed by value requirements emphasizing political leadership,people-centeredness,scientific practicality,and the centrality of Chinese culture.Moreover,it outlines practical paths for this transformation,such as adhering to the Party’s comprehensive political leadership,strengthening digital supply centered on the people,innovating digitally based on excellent traditional Chinese culture,and constructing social participation mechanisms s
