摘  要:本研究采用多巴胺(DA)接枝的双醛纤维素纳米纤丝(DA-OCNF)和丙烯酰胺(AM)制备复合水凝胶(DOCA),并对水凝胶在空气中和水下的黏附性能进行了分析。结果表明,DA的引入有效提升了水凝胶的水下黏附强度,双醛改性后的OCNF改善了DA对水凝胶机械性能的影响。该策略充分发挥了双组分的优势,制备出内聚力和黏附力相平衡的高机械强度和黏附强度的复合水凝胶。当DA-OCNF的含量为1.0%时,DOC_(1.0)A的断裂伸长率、断裂强度相比DOC_(0)A分别提高了27.2个百分点和54.82 kPa,其在空气中和水中对钢铁的黏附强度分别达42.70和30.65 kPa。In this study,dopamine(DA)-grafted dialdehyde cellulose nanofibril(DA-OCNF)and acrylamide(AM)were used to prepare composite hydrogel(DOCA),the adhesion performance of DOCA under air and water conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the introduction of DA effectively enhanced the underwater adhesion strength of the hydrogel,the dialdehyde modified OCNF improved the mechanical properties of hydrogel that impacted by the DA.This strategy fully exploited the advantages of two-component,and the prepared composite hydrogels with balanced cohesion and adhesion had high mechanical and adhesion strength.When the content of DA-OCNF came up to 1.0%,the elongation at break and tensile strength of DOC_(1.0)A increased 27.2 precentage points and 54.82 kPa compared with DOC_(0)A,and its adhesion strengths to the steel in air and underwater conditions were came up to 42.70 and 30.65 kPa,respectively.
