摘  要:本研究以某废纸制浆企业的钙化厌氧反应器为背景,跨年度采集了厌氧颗粒污泥样本,系统分析了其理化和生物特性的差异。结果表明,钙化过程中颗粒污泥内碳酸钙持续累积,导致Ca2+含量、灰分增加,并加快了颗粒沉降速度,同时伴随着污泥粒径增加。长期暴露于高钙废水中,细菌群落中产氢产乙酸菌的相对丰度显著提升,而水解酸化菌的丰度显著降低;古菌群落中,原有优势菌Methanobacterium(产甲烷杆菌属)减少,而适应新环境的Bathyarchaeia、Methanolinea(产甲烷八叠球菌属)和Candidatus_Methanofastidiosum等菌群显著增加。通过解析钙化对颗粒污泥特性及微生物群落的影响,可为解析生产性反应器中高钙环境对颗粒污泥响应提供相关信息。This study investigated a calcified anaerobic reactor at a waste paper pulping company,where granular samples were collected over a year.Systematic analysis of the physicochemical and biological properties of the granules revealed that calcium carbonate accumulation during calcification led to increased Ca2+content,higher ash content,accelerated settling velocity and larger diameter.Prolonged exposure to high-calcium wastewater significantly enhanced the relative abundance of hydrogen-producing acetogens in the bacterial community,while the abundance of hydrolytic bacteria and acidogens declined.In the archaeal community,the original dominant methanogens Methanobacterium decreased,while archaea adapted to the high-calcium environment showed significant growth,such as Bathyarchaeia,Methanolinea,and Candidatus_Methanofastidiosum.These changes in physicochemical properties and microbial community succession provided critical insights into the response mechanisms of granular sludge under calcification stress.
