摘　　要：首先对纸机当前压榨部毛毯清洗保洁技术及评价方法进行了介绍;然后通过实例探讨基于纸机DCS系统显示的压榨部毛毯吸水箱真空度曲线来评价毛毯保洁剂使用效果的可行性,进而对毛毯保洁剂使用成本及经济效益进行了分析;最后总结了毛毯保洁剂使用的必要性和强化压榨部毛毯的监测和检测手段的重要性。Firstly,the current felt cleaning and conditioning technology and its’evaluation methods in the press section of the papermaking machine were briefly reviewed.Then,the feasibility of evaluating the effect of felt conditioner based on the vaccum degree of the uhle boxes of the press-felts displayed on the DCS system of the papermaking machine was discussed with example.And then the cost and economic benefit of felt conditioner were analyzed.Finally,the necessity of using the felt conditioner and the importance of strengthening the monitoring of felts in the press section were summarized.
