摘 要:在医疗行业持续进步与不断发展中,塑造医院文化的重要性日渐明显。医院作为社会公共服务机构,其文化氛围的积极营造对医院整体运营有深远影响,一个良好的文化氛围不仅可以增强内部员工的凝聚力和归属感,提升其工作效率和服务质量,更直接关系到患者的就医体验。因此,构建一个积极向上、和谐稳定的医院文化环境具有重大意义。工会作为医院内部群众组织,其在推动医院文化建设方面具有独特优势,工会可以借助组织各类活动,促进员工之间的沟通交流,进而强化团队合作与集体荣誉感。基于此,该文主要以医院工会品牌活动为载体,分析构建医院和谐文化氛围的对策,以期为相关人士提供参考和借鉴。In the continuous progress and development of the medical industry,the importance of shaping hospital culture is becoming increasingly evident.As a social public service institution,the active creation of cultural atmosphere in hospitals has a profound impact on their overall operation.A good cultural atmosphere can not only enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging of internal employees,thereby improving their work efficiency and service quality,but also directly relate to the patient's medical experience.Therefore,building a positive,harmonious and stable hospital cultural environment is of great significance.As an internal mass organization in hospitals,trade unions have unique advantages in promoting hospital culture construction.Trade unions can organize various activities to promote communication and exchange among employees,thereby strengthening teamwork and collective honor.Based on this,this article mainly uses the hospital union brand activities as a carrier to analyze the countermeasures for building a harmonious cultural atmosphere in hospitals,in order to provide reference and inspiration for relevant personnel.
