摘 要:针对矿井通风网络结构复杂、火灾烟气蔓延控制难度大问题,自主研发了一个复杂巷道结构烟气蔓延实验平台,开展了以联巷相对火源位置为变量的烟气蔓延实验,采用色图法直观展示了巷道烟气温升和CO浓度动态变化过程。研究结果表明:联巷距离火源较近工况下联巷烟气分流现象显著,火灾危险性大;火源区域温升波及范围随着联巷相对火源距离的增加而增大;联巷和辅助通风巷温升随着距分岔口距离的增加而降低。该平台经功能化测定后推广应用至开放性实验教学。实践结果表明,通过开放性实验,学生的考核成绩向良好以上级别提升,说明基于开发平台的开放性实验教学模式效果良好,有助于激发学生自主学习的内在驱动力,提升实践能力和创新能力。[Objective]The propagation of smoke and gases in mine roadways during fire incidents differs significantly from that in surface building fires.Research on smoke and gases in mine roadway fires has primarily focused on single roadways.However,as mining depths increase and roadway construction intensifies,the increasingly complex characteristics of mine ventilation networks have become apparent.In the event of a fire outside a coal mine,large amounts of high-temperature and toxic smoke spread through the ventilation network with the wind,posing a much greater fire hazard compared to traditional single-roadway fires.The complex rules governing smoke transport pose challenges for the study of roadway fires.On the one hand,the dynamic and complex nature of smoke spread impedes evacuation and rescue efforts during fires.On the other hand,theoretical teachings on smoke spread are often abstract and difficult for students to grasp.[Methods]Based on the current investigation of the ventilation network structure in coal mines,this study has developed an experimental platform for observing the spread of smoke in complex roadway structures.This platform consists of the main experimental apparatus,a parameter adjustment system,and a data monitoring system.The main apparatus features a complex ventilation network structure,whereas the parameter adjustment system allows for the modification of ventilation,fire source,and roadway parameters.The data-monitoring system tracks and records the dynamic process of smoke propagation,equipped with gas monitors and temperature loggers to monitor indoor environmental parameters.The experimental platform is highly adaptable,enabling students to independently explore various experimental conditions and configurations.Prior to its deployment,experiments were conducted using scenarios of localized roadway fires in coal mines,varying the relative positions of connecting roadways to the fire source.Visualization using color mapping was employed to illustrate the dynamic changes in roadway smoke
