摘  要:介绍了一种互穿网络型PVDC乳液的制备方法,研究了种子单体中苯乙烯的含量对PVDC胶膜的吸水率及拉伸性能的影响,交联单体亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的含量对PVDC胶膜吸水率及拉伸性能的影响,VDC单体的含量对PVDC胶膜的断裂伸长率及阻隔性能的影响。结果表明:种子单体中苯乙烯质量分数为60%~70%时,PVDC胶膜能兼顾较好的耐水性和拉伸性能;交联单体质量分数为0.4%~0.6%时,PVDC胶膜能兼顾较好的耐水性能和拉伸性能;VDC单体的质量分数为89%~91%时,PVDC胶膜能兼顾较好的阻隔性能和断裂伸长率。A preparation method of interpenetrating network PVDC emulsion was introduced.The followings were studied:the effect of styrene content in seed monomers on the water absorption and tensile properties of PVDC film,the effect of crosslinking monomer methylene bisacrylamide content on the water absorption and tensile properties of PVDC film,and the effect of VDC monomer content on the elongation at break and barrier properties of PVDC film.The result showed:when the mass fraction of styrene in the seed monomer was between 60%and 70%,the water resistance and tensile properties of PVDC film could be balanced;when the mass fraction of crosslinking monomer was between 0.4%and 0.6%,the water resistance and tensile properties of PVDC film could be balanced;when the mass fraction of VDC monomer was between 89%and 91%,the barrier performance and elongation at break of PVDC film could be balanced.
