摘 要:氯气吸收塔吸收氯气过程中,如果检测滞后,可能会出现游离碱下降、有效氯上升的情况;当氯气过量时,会发生次氯酸钠分解,可能造成氯气泄漏事故。针对以上以问题,采用近红外光谱分析仪在线监测游离碱和有效氯;由于实时检测,避免了氯气吸收塔中次氯酸钠过氯而分解,实现了氯气吸收塔稳定运行。During the absorption of chlorine gas in the chlorine absorption tower,if the detection was delayed,there might be a decrease in free alkali content and an increase in available chlorine content.When there was an excess of chlorine gas,sodium hypochlorite decomposition might occur,which may cause chlorine leakage accidents.In response to the above issues,a near-infrared spectroscopy analyzer was used to monitor free alkali and available chlorine online.Due to the use of real-time detection,the decomposition of sodium hypochlorite in the chlorine absorption tower was avoided,and the stable operation of the chlorine absorption tower was achieved.
