摘　　要：肠道菌群作为人体内居住的微生物群落,在人体消化食物、调节肠道健康以及免疫疾病等方面发挥着重要作用.笔者综述了肠道菌群与人体健康相关的研究成果,强调了肠道菌群在食物消化和营养吸收、免疫调节、代谢性疾病以及干预治疗中发挥的作用,总结了目前研究存在的问题和未来的研究方向.研究进展对于深入理解肠道菌群与人体健康之间的关系有着重要作用,并为肠道菌群调控和干预治疗提供了参考.As the microbial community residing in the human body,intestinal flora plays an important role in food digestion,regulation of intestinal health,and immunological diseases.Therefore,we review the current research findings on the relationship between intestinal flora and human health,emphasise the role of intestinal flora in food digestion and nutrient absorption,immune regulation,metabolic diseases and therapeutic interventions,and summarise the problems of current research and future research directions.The results of these studies play an important role in understanding the relationship between intestinal flora and human health,and provide important references for intestinal flora regulation and intervention therapy.
