摘  要:利用福格行为模型研究提升科技期刊编辑职业自我效能感的策略.以行动线上的某一行为点为中心,将福格行为模型图分为4个象限,并将科技期刊编辑职业内容以及所对应的具体行为划分到不同的象限中.根据不同象限的行为特点,从动机、能力和提示3个角度助力科技期刊编辑理解行为运作的规律,并通过具体的流程实现相关的行为设计,再结合刻意练习的过程,有效提升编辑的行为绩效,进而提升职业自我效能感,缓解职业倦怠.The Fogg Behavior Model was used to develop strategies to improve the professional self-efficacy of science and technology journal editors.Taking a certain behavior point on the action line as the center,the Fogg Behavior Model diagram was divided into four quadrants,with the career content of science and technology journal editors and their corresponding specific behaviors grouped into different quadrants.Based on the behavioral characteristics of different quadrants,the perspectives of motivation,ability,and prompt can enable science and technology journal editors to better understand the patterns of behavioral operations.Through a specific,targeted behavior design process,combined with deliberate practices,the behavioral performance of editors can be effectively improved,thus enhancing professional self-efficacy and alleviating career burnout.
