摘  要:电动燃油泵燃油流量的精准控制可有效提升航空发动机性能,其首要前提是燃油流量的精准测量。传统孔板流量计无法满足多电发动机燃油流量大量程比测量需求,而新型涡街、超声波等流量计对电磁及振动较敏感,无法在恶劣环境正常工作,因此本文设计一种适用于航空发动机燃油流量测量的V锥流量计。首先依据量程需求选定设计参数,并仿真研究改变锥面形状对流量计性能影响,加以试验验证,最终拟合得到流量计算公式。验证结果表明:等效直径比对流出系数影响最大,且须匹配特定前、后锥角使流量计达到最佳性能;将锥形改为有一定曲度的圆弧可有效降低永久压损;后锥曲度的增大可有效提高流出系数线性度,前、后锥曲度分别为0.25,0.75时可取得较优流出系数。The precise control of fuel flow of electric fuel pump can effectively improve the performance of aero-engine,and its first prerequisite is the precise measurement of fuel flow.The traditional orifice plate flowme⁃ter can not meet the needs of multi-electric engine fuel flow of the large range ratio measurement,while the new vortex street,ultrasonic flowmeter are more sensitive to electromagnetic and vibration,which can not work prop⁃erly in harsh environments.So this paper designs a V cone flowmeter suitable for aero-engine fuel flow measure⁃ment.Firstly,design parameters are selected based on the range requirements,and simulations are conducted to study the effects of changing the cone shape on the performance of the flowmeter.This is followed by experimental verification,and ultimately,a flow calculation formula is derived through fitting.Validation results show that:the equivalent diameter ratio has the greatest impact on the outflow coefficient,and must match the specific front and rear cone angle to achieve the best performance of the flowmeter.Replacing the cone shape with a curved arc of certain curvature can effectively reduce permanent pressure losses.Increasing the curvature of the rear cone can effectively enhance the linearity of the discharge coefficient.Relatively optimal discharge coefficients can be achieved when the curvatures of the front and rear cones are 0.25 and 0.75,respectively.
