摘  要:目的探讨多重感知教育对艾滋病患者疾病感知及自我管理能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年5月-2023年5月我院收治的154例艾滋病患者为研究对象,将2021年5月-2022年11月收治的77例患者列为对照组,2022年12月-2023年5月收治的77例患者列为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予多重感知教育干预,比较两组干预前及干预4周后疾病感知、自我管理能力及治疗依从性。结果观察组干预后简化版疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)评分低于对照组,自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多重感知教育应用于艾滋病患者临床护理中,可提升患者疾病感知水平及自我管理能力,提高治疗依从性。Objective To explore the effects of multiple perception education on disease perception and self-management ability of AIDS patients.Methods Convenient sampling selected 154 AIDS patients admitted to the Infectious Diseases Department of Xuzhou Seventh People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and classified 77 patients admitted from May 2021 to November 2022 as the control group,and 77 patients admitted from December 2021 to May 2023 as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given multi-sensory education on this basis.The changes of disease perception,self-management ability and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention for four weeks.Results After the multiple perception education intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the self-management score was higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multiple perception education in the clinical care of AIDS patients can effectively improve the level of disease perception and self-management ability,improve treatment compliance,and obtain high-quality prognosis for patients is of great significance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
